About me

Although I have always been creative, I have been working in altered art for about 3 years. After a thirty year career as an engineer for the phone company, I have never felt so at home. I worked at an Art Stamp shop for a couple of years right after I retired and took as many classes as I could. Working with paper, stamps, ephemera, paint and beads feels like coming home. I have the opportunity to express myself, and I am loving every minute of it. I have been doing custom work for a couple of years now, and am happiest when I'm in the middle of a new project.

When I am not creating (which isn't very often!) I enjoy watching TV with my husband, reading a good book, looking all over the internet for stuff for my art and spending time with my family.
